Think AdZero is causing a website to not work correctly?

We're committed to making our product as beneficial as possible and would love to hear from you.

Simply click on the Red Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser as shown below:

Then click 'Disable On This Site' (making sure you're currently on the URL you want to disable blocking on):

The page will then reload with AdZero disabled.

Click on 'UNINSTALL ADZERO':

If you don't see your Red shield anymore it may either be disabled or hidden. To see if it's hidden, follow these steps:

If you see the Red shield at the top, right click on it.

AdZero should auto-upgrade on your computer and your app should refresh in a few minutes.

If AdZero does not refresh, manually update your application by simply left clicking the Red Shield in the upper right-hand corner of the browser (as seen below):

Then click on the settings wheel at the top of the box:

Then put in the license code that we sent to you when you purchased and hit submit.

Left click the the Red shield in the upper right hand corner of your browser.

The green arrow points to the ads blocked on your current site. The red boxed area shows the total lifetime blocked ads and trackers since you installed.

AdZero works with all Apple desktop computers and Microsoft Windows desktop machines running Windows 8 & Windows 10 software.

We support the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Edge
• Microsoft Edge (modern Chromium-based version)

Please note that while we do not currently support mobile devices, we are hard at work on a mobile version that will be released soon! Keep checking back with us for further details.

To add your license to another device, simply go to adzero.org on that device and download the free install.

Once it's installed, open the extension and the settings wheel as seen below:

Lastly, put your code in where indicated:

Are you clicking a link on a web page and nothing is happening?

It could be that AdZero thinks that new window is an ad. Try disabling on that website to continue logging in, making your selection, etc. Once you've completed the action you can re-enable AdZero to continue blocking ads on that site.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on the Red Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser as shown below:

Step 2: Then click 'Disable On This Site' so that the page will reload with AdZero disabled.

Step 3: Click on the Grey Shield icon in the upper right-hand corner as did in Step 1 and click 'Enable On This Site' to re-enable AdZero on this site.

Step 1: Uncheck the Auto-Renew Status as shown below:

Step 2: Click the button "Yes" found in the "Auto Renew" popup opened.
